As part of enhancing cultural and diplomatic engagement, Cube Studio took charge of organizing the Dutch Embassy’s King’s Day celebration. Our work began with studying the identity of the occasion and the requirements of the stakeholders to design decor that accurately reflected the national colors and festive atmosphere.

Our specialized team then managed all logistical and operational aspects of the event — from coordinating the spaces and arranging seating to welcoming guests and ensuring the smooth flow of the program.

On the photography front, our professional team excelled in creatively capturing the event’s ambiance, the details of the decor, and interactions among attendees, with a special focus on highlighting the symbolic significance and diplomatic spirit of the occasion.

This integrated execution contributed to enhancing the embassy’s image among guests and elevating the media and visual coverage of the event, reinforcing the Dutch Embassy’s position as a distinguished cultural partner in our community.
