Comprehensive Media Coverage
Cube Studio had the honor of handling the full media coverage for the First International Conference on Biomedical Engineering Sciences and Technologies in Libya. This included photography, producing promotional videos (Promo), filming reels, and live streaming throughout the conference, in addition to running a podcast inside the exhibition to document interviews and meetings with participants and guests, ensuring the event was captured with the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Cube Studio was honored to design and execute the Lippo Bay booth at the Tripoli International Fair, where we provided a complete solution that included designing and building the booth from scratch, implementing the decorations, managing and organizing, professional documentation, as well as providing interactive experiences and tools that enhanced the visitors' experience.

King's Day 2026
The Dutch Embassy
Cube Studio was honored to organize the Dutch Embassy's celebration for King’s Day 2026, which marked the final edition of King’s Day celebrations in Libya. We provided complete solutions including event management and organization, designing and setting up bazaar stalls, producing symbolic souvenirs, preparing a commemorative video to be shown during the event, along with full photographic and video coverage of the occasion.
Opening of the Skill Academy
Cube Studio took charge of organizing and executing the opening events of the Skill Academy, including setting up and carrying out the special decorations for the opening, arranging the event details, providing full catering of both sweet and savory dishes, and covering and documenting the event with professional photography.
Youth Mental Health Workshop

Cube Studio was honored to organize and run the “Youth Mental Health” workshop in Libya, supported by the Dutch Embassy and supervised by specialist Nadia Jamoom. Our team managed and organized the workshop over two days, preparing the spaces, organizing interactive activities, and providing professional photo and video documentation to ensure a meaningful and complete experience for the participants.

Cube Studio oversaw the execution and management of Giga's booth at the Taqnya Expo, where we delivered a complete Brand Activation experience that reflects the brand identity and boosts visitor engagement. The project included designing and implementing interactive experiences, setting up activity areas, managing the booth, as well as media coverage and professional event photography.

The Dutch Embassy
Cube Studio was honored to organize and execute the 2025 Human Rights Day event for the Dutch Embassy, which took place at the General Authority for Cinema, Theatre, and Arts. Our work included preparing the hospitality, arranging the tables, setting up the movie screen, along with media coverage and professional photography, ensuring the event was carried out with the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
Tripoli Media Days 2025
Cube Studio participated in the Tripoli Media Days 2025, held at the Rixos Tripoli Hotel, with a booth showcasing our main services in event organization and execution, professional photography, decor design and implementation, and interactive solutions. We were also honored by a visit from the Prime Minister of the National Unity Government, Abdulhamid Dbeibeh, to our booth, which reflected the importance of the event and highlighted Cube Studio's presence in the events and creative production sector.
Bourjois & Mayelline event
Cube Studio took charge of organizing and executing the Beauty Glow Event in the city of Tripoli, as part of an advertising campaign for the global brands Bourjois and Maybelline, which was held in a luxury store.
Al-Amal Pharmacy event
Cube Studio supervised the organization and execution of an event at Al-Amal Pharmacy, where our team handled part of the decorations and also offered unique interactive experiences, including the Cube Mirror, Cube Claw, and Cube Buzz. The event was carried out to provide a comprehensive experience that combines creative design with direct interaction with visitors, reflecting the quality of Cube Studio's services in managing and executing events.
The Autumn Festival at Jaraba Mall
Cube Studio supervised the organization and execution of the Autumn Festival at Jeraba Mall, from the concept all the way to implementation. The project included developing a unique identity for the festival and designing all visual elements to match its vibe, in addition to designing and setting up decorations, managing events and competitions, and providing entertainment activities specifically for children, along with documentation and media coverage through professional photography.
The festival came to offer a full interactive experience that combines fun with excellent organization, paying attention to the smallest details to ensure an exceptional experience for all visitors.
Beauty Glow Event
Cube Studio took charge of organizing and executing the Beauty Glow Event in Benghazi, as part of an advertising campaign to boost the presence of global brands Bourjois and Maybelline in Abqaf Al-Fawah stores.
Our work included designing and setting up the decorations, coordinating with local influencers, creating and distributing campaign gifts, and providing professional photography services, all while focusing on highlighting the brands' identities and creating a unique interactive experience that reflects the campaign's quality and professionalism.
