Cube Studio took on the full planning and organization of the Morena Suhoor event, handling everything from the initial planning stages to execution, to provide a sophisticated Ramadan experience in the historic Beit Iskandar in the old city. Our work included designing and setting up decorations that matched the heritage vibe of the venue, as well as fully managing the event and overseeing all operational details to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for the guests. We also organized all the hospitality services, including preparing and setting the suhoor table, serving sweets and drinks, and coordinating all serving services to the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Our team arranged for a live band to bring a special Ramadan atmosphere to the evening, prepared souvenir gifts for the attendees, and invited influencers and content creators to cover the event and boost its presence on digital platforms. Additionally, we supervised all activities and segments, along with full photo and video documentation of the event, capturing the key moments and highlighting every detail of the experience. To make sure guests were comfortable from the very start, we arranged reception and private transport from gathering points to the venue, providing a seamless experience.
